Joseph Federico of NJ MET Announces March of Dimes Walk 2017 Sponsorship for the 14th Consecutive Year

CLIFTON, N.J.--()--Joseph Federico, Director of Operations at NJ MET, Inc. announces that he will lead Team NJ MET in the 2016 March of Dimes Walkathon, in Manhattan on Sunday, April 30, 2017, for the 14th consecutive year.

"Team NJ MET will assemble at 10 Lincoln Center on 62nd Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues at 8:30 AM. We are honored to help The March of Dimes by participating in their annual spring walk as well as the Bark for Babies Dog Walk held in NJ in the fall," said NJ MET team leader, Joseph Federico.

Great strides have been made by March of Dimes-funded research in decreasing the number of babies born with birth defects. Researchers continue to work finding ways to eliminate disabilities.

"The money that is raised by the March of Dimes funds important research and programs that help babies begin healthy lives. It promises to be a fun day out with people who share our passion for improving the health of babies. We have had the privilege to participate in the past with NFL football greats such as Joe Namath and Eli Manning,” said Joseph Federico.
