LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Maritz, the 123-year-old sales and marketing services company, and Capital Innovators, one of the nation’s top 10 tech accelerators, are celebrating one year of meaningful partnership set up to strengthen each other’s portfolio of companies. Key elements of the partnership include knowledge sharing, mentoring and exchanging best practices.

In efforts to elevate the learning/sharing process between the two, Maritz has established a formal mentorship program where employees are matched to a company participating in Capital Innovators’ accelerator program based on specific skillsets needed. To date, Maritz has mentored Capital Innovators’ last three cohorts of companies, lending expertise from sales effectiveness to brand loyalty.
