LISLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Molex introduces the Brad® DeviceNet HarshIO M8 Modules, the first on the market to come fully ODVA conformance tested and approved. Offering full M8 connectivity for power, I/O and DeviceNet fieldbus this module provides a unique IP67-rated, small form-factor solution for high-density machine I/O connections for CNC and robotic machines, as well as material handling and bottling equipment.

Featuring an IP67-rated housing, Brad HarshIO modules provide protection against dust, liquid and vibration. Machine mounting saves on cabinet space and reduces wiring costs in the field. Two integrated CAN fieldbus ports enable daisy chain wiring topology or additional cost saving.
The flexible HarshIO 8-port design supports high density I/O points for attaching sensing devices, actuators or any single digital signal device in a compact space. Featuring built-in protection to help prevent short circuit and current overload, the configurable modules come equipped with diagnostic LEDs for visual feedback on network, power and I/O status.
