PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NTT DATA, Inc., a leading business and IT services provider, today announced the company has been awarded a Cloud Solutions master agreement through a multi-state cooperative procurement administered by NASPO ValuePoint. As a result of the request for proposal (RFP), which was led by the State of Utah, NTT DATA was awarded a master agreement for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), which may be used by state agencies, institutions of higher learning, and other political entities.
