CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. & RESTON, Va.--()--Comprehensive Health Services, global provider of medical services serving the United States Government and prominent National and International commercial organizations, recently announced the appointment of Kelley DeConciliis as Vice President of International Development. DeConciliis brings over 15 years of healthcare and emergency preparedness, disaster response business development and operations experience spanning international, commercial, federal, state and local government sectors.

Prior to joining Comprehensive Health Services, DeConciliis served as Vice President of Federal Systems for Remote Medical International (RMI). She managed the executive oversight and operations for USAID’s $95M HIV Rapid Test Kit Program, the second largest supply chain for PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) in Africa. DeConciliis and her team delivered over 60 million HIV Rapid Test Kits to 16 countries throughout Africa working with USAID and Ministries of Health in the most remote and high risk locations.

DeConciliis also served as VP of Federal at CliniComp International, overseeing the operations and successful deployment of Department of Defense (DoD) Military Health’s EMR to 60 Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) around the world. DeConciliis managed a P&L for a globally deployed Electronic Medical Record (EMR) business that provided 24/7 healthcare IT software and services for 11 million patients and 150,000 providers that spanned over 3 continents and 7 countries worldwide.

She also worked for Microsoft Corporation in the Health Solutions Group (HSG) for Microsoft's Healthcare Consumer and Enterprise solutions. Additionally, as inter-agency liaison at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, DeConciliis worked on the "Federal ER One Project," a national prototype for the next-generation "all risks ready" emergency department. Her background experience also includes counter-bioterrorism training and simulation for clinicians and first-responders, while managing grant programs to aid in emergency response to Mass Casualty Incidents (MCI). DeConciliis holds a Neuro-psychology degree from The Catholic University of America.

DeConciliis will have oversight of Comprehensive Health Services International Business Development activities and report directly to Doug Magee, Senior Vice President, Business Development.
