Cambridge Trust Company Recruits Harvard Management Company Managing Director as New Head of Wealth Management

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--()--Cambridge Bancorp (OTC QB: CATC) and its subsidiary, Cambridge Trust Company, announced that Jennifer A. Pline has been appointed the company’s Executive Vice President, Head of Wealth Management-elect effective January 30, 2017. Ms. Pline will succeed Michael Duca, who has served as Executive Vice President, Head of Wealth Management since 2006. Mr. Duca will be retiring at the end of February 2017.

Ms. Pline served as Managing Director, Chief Trusts & Gifts Officer at Harvard Management Company from 2005 to 2016. Prior to that she worked at Standish Mellon Asset Management for 18 years and was the Director of Client Service when she departed. “Cambridge Trust is well positioned to continue on its path of impressive growth,” said Ms. Pline. “I look forward to leading the exceptional team that’s been built in the Wealth Management Group, while continuing to provide exemplary service and advice for our clients.”

Ms. Pline received an MBA from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College and a BA also from Boston College. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is Board Chair for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham.
