Homeland Security & Defense Business Council Announces Six New Members

WASHINGTON--()--The Homeland Security & Defense Business Council (Council) announced the addition of six new companies to its membership organization that focuses on facilitating the vital exchange of ideas and perspectives between industry and government in the Homeland Security Enterprise. The Council’s newest members, Capgemini Government Solutions; Eagle Ray, Inc.; Flatter & Associates; Information Innovators Inc. (Triple-i); Reed Tech, A LexisNexis Company; and Schambach & Williams Consulting, all provide product, technology or service solutions to the government.

“We are thrilled to welcome these six companies to the Council, who represent different and important parts of the Homeland Security Industrial Base,” said Marc Pearl, President & CEO. “While continuing our initiatives at DHS, this year the Council began offering additional member benefits by expanding our engagements to more government agencies in the Homeland Security Enterprise. It is an exciting time for all members to take advantage of these added benefits and the upcoming opportunities we will have to develop relationships with the new administration to better understand their homeland priorities. We look forward to involving our newest companies in Council events and utilizing their expertise in our thought leadership initiatives.”

Large, mid-tier, and small member companies lend their senior executives and subject matter experts to participate in the Council’s range of programs and Thought Leadership Committee (TLC). The Council’s TLC brings together the best and brightest thought leaders from its membership to engage with administration officials, congressional leaders, and other stakeholders in a manner that allows them to share ideas and lessons learned, and to offer insightful points of view on the most pressing issues our country faces in accomplishing the homeland security mission.
