NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Insight Investment, a fixed income specialist, and the Cutwater Select Income Fund’s Board of Trustees are pleased to announce that the Cutwater Select Income Fund (CSI) will be renamed the Insight Select Income Fund (INSI) effective December 29, 2016. The Fund will commence trading under the new name and ticker symbol “INSI” on December 29, 2016. The Cutwater Select Income Fund CUSIP 232229 10 4 will be replaced with the Insight Select Income Fund CUSIP 45781W 109.
Shareholders are advised to take note of this change, but no action is required with respect to this renaming. This is a change of name only. The Fund’s investment adviser will remain Cutwater Investor Services Corp., which does business under the name Insight Investment. There are no changes to the Fund’s investment objective, operations or servicing arrangements at this time.
