QUAPAW, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Downstream Development Authority (“Downstream”) of the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma (O-Gah-Pah) announced today that it has terminated its cash tender offer and related consent solicitation for any and all of its $285.0 million in aggregate principal amount of outstanding 10.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 (CUSIP 26112T AE6) (the “Notes”). The tender offer and consent solicitation were made pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase and Consent Solicitation Statement and a related Letter of Transmittal, each dated December 5, 2016. None of the Notes were purchased in the tender offer and consent solicitation, and all Notes previously tendered and not withdrawn will be promptly returned to their respective holders.
