The first was a brief survey completed by each firm that outlined workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Employees completed the second survey, which included questions related to culture, compensation, career development and engagement. Employee survey responses accounted for 75 percent of an organization’s score and employer survey responses accounted for 25 percent.
