DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ping Identity®, the leader in Identity Defined Security, today announced the appointment of Raj Dani as Chief Financial Officer, and Aaron LaPoint as Chief Human Resources Officer. Both are based in Denver and report to Andre Durand, Ping’s Chief Executive Officer. Their experience in rapidly growing enterprise companies greatly benefits Ping as the company continues to accelerate its growth beyond $100 million in annual recurring revenue.
Mr. Dani brings more than 24 years of corporate finance, M&A, and both public and private company experience to Ping. Dani joins Ping from AVI-SPL, a Tampa, Florida-based systems integration firm where, as CFO, he led the successful sale of the company. Prior to AVI-SPL, he held leadership financial positions at Flextronics, Jabil Circuit and TeleTech.
Mr. LaPoint joins Ping as Chief Human Resources Officer at a key point in Ping’s growth. The company will look to strategically leverage human resources to hire and develop extraordinary talent to drive Ping’s mission and vision. LaPoint spent more than nine years at Dish Network, where he was most recently responsible for enterprise total rewards, talent acquisition, talent development and HR strategy for 10,000 employees in sales, customer service and corporate functions. Dish is a Fortune 250 company with nearly 20,000 employees and $15 billion in revenue.
