ANCHORAGE, Alaska--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At a special meeting of the Board of Directors held November 8, 2016, First National Bank Alaska (OTCBB:FBAK) declared a special cash dividend of $20.00 per share, payable on December 20, 2016, to shareholders of record as of December 5, 2016.
This special dividend raised the total dividends declared per share for 2016 to $85 per share.
