Cypress Energy Partners Announces Third Quarter Cash Distribution

TULSA, Okla.--()--Cypress Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: CELP) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a cash distribution for the third quarter of 2016. The cash distribution is $0.406413 per limited partner unit. This amount remains unchanged from the second quarter of 2016 and reflects a 4.88% increase over the target minimum quarterly cash distribution of $0.3875. The distribution will be payable on November 14, 2016 to all unitholders of record on November 7, 2016. Our sponsor, Cypress Energy Holdings, LLC (“CEH”), and its affiliates are aligned with our common unitholders, with an approximate 65% ownership interest in CELP. As a result of this alignment, CEH has continued to support the unitholders with temporary relief of the administrative fee paid to CEH pursuant to the Omnibus Agreement, which would have charged $1.0 million to CELP this quarter as well as providing other forms of temporary relief from various expenditures during the quarter. This temporary relief will likely continue until the end of 2016 or such earlier time that our business results improve, as determined by CEH.
