(DELT/Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, DELTY.PK/OTCQX), the global manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label apparel products for men, women and children, as well as leisurewear and activewear, today announced that it has appointed Paula Schneider as Chief Executive Officer of DG Premium Brands, responsible for 7 For All Mankind®, Splendid® and Ella Moss®. Ms. Schneider is an accomplished retail industry executive, who is renowned for building profitable businesses and improving efficiencies for such brands as BCBG Max Azria, Laundry by Shelli Segal, Warnaco Swimwear Group, and most recently American Apparel.

With more than 30 years of expertise, Ms. Schneider is a seasoned executive in the contemporary space, with a track record in building strong consumer brands and increasing operating earnings. Prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer of American Apparel, Ms. Schneider was President of several top retail brands and businesses including BCBG Max Azria, Laundry by Shelli Segal, and Warnaco, where she restructured the world’s largest swimwear manufacturer and made it a more profitable company.
