OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dean Capital Management, LLC (DCM) announces the hiring of Jessica Skinner, JD as chief compliance officer and director of operations for the firm.

Skinner joins DCM from Lockton Retirement Services where she was vice president and served as chief compliance officer and compliance counsel for Lockton Investment Advisors, LLC and Lockton Financial Advisors, LLC.
Skinner’s primary role as chief compliance officer will add to DCM’s culture of compliance and support future growth of the firm. As the director of operations, Skinner will also direct many functions for DCM such as RFI & RFP processes, database entry and availability, as well as sales and marketing assistance and client service oriented assistance. In addition, Skinner will provide legal assistance to DCM in the form of contract building, review, and negotiation.
