SSM Holding AB (publ), the leading operator within residential development and housing construction in the Stockholm region, is complementing and strengthening its management team by appointing Casper Tamm as its new Director of Finance.
SSM has appointed Casper Tamm as Director of Finance. Casper, who will begin immediately, is 54 years old and has extensive experience in the role of Director of Finance and Accounting including positions in the international Dow Group, Teracom and most recently from the listed company Swedol.
- Casper has a broad and solid financial background. His previous experience from expansions, acquisitions, IPO processes and listed company environments will add the experience needed for the company’s finance and accounting function. SSM is introducing the new position to complement and support the current finance function as well as to secure SSM’s capacity to deliver on the company’s future plans, says Mattias Roos, CEO of SSM.

As Director of Finance, Casper Tamm will have overall responsibility for accounting, IT and internal control. The current CFO, Ola Persson, will retain his role as head of the company's finance function, however after the organizational change, he will report to the Director of Finance.
