Mr. Sands brings more than 15 years of procurement and contingent labor experience to PrideOne and has established a proven track record of creating value and driving innovative contingent labor management solutions to procurement, talent acquisition and compliance stakeholders.

Mr. Sands brings an extensive network to PrideOne, built upon the foundation of establishing long-term relationships with clients. In addition to his specialization in vendor management and payrolling, Mr. Sands also focuses on workforce planning, change management, recruiting, 1099 (Independent Contractor) compliance, risk mitigation and worker classification services.
