CXO Communication Adds Two Experienced Strategists to Its Growing Team

Erin Del Llano and Nick Chow bring deep corporate communication, brand design and marketing strategy experience to the firm

BOSTON--()--CXO Communication, a brand strategy and communication firm that helps companies articulate who they are, what they do and why it matters, today announced Erin Del Llano and Nick Chow have joined the firm as a communication strategist and brand strategist, respectively. With these two additions, the CXO team now has 15 employees across the U.S. serving leading brands including Equinix, RSA, The Watermill Group and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI).

Erin Del Llano joins CXO from MSLGROUP in Boston, where she was a vice president in the Corporate Communications practice. Prior to that, she spent a number of years in leadership positions at Schwartz Communications. Her messaging, communications, thought leadership and marketing experience spans a number of sectors, from energy and B2B technology to legal services and corporate social responsibility. Erin is a recognized crisis communication expert who has guided the communication efforts of major brands including National Grid, Dow Corning, TruGreen and United Technologies.

A creative strategist, Nick Chow joins CXO from the New York-based brand engagement firm Sullivan. He began his career as a designer, and since then has worked on brand platforms and communications for a wide range of clients – from start-ups to Fortune 100 brands, such as Cognizant and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Nick’s design background gives him special insight into brand strategy that enables him to both uncover brand possibilities and actively help clients bring them to life.
