Pepperdine Graziadio Ranked Best Business School Once Again by The Princeton Review

LOS ANGELES--()--Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management has been ranked among the nation’s top graduate business programs by The Princeton Review in the 2017 edition of The Best 294 Business Schools.

Pepperdine Graziadio has a long-standing history of being recognized by The Princeton Review’s annual list of Best Business Schools, which bases rankings on comprehensive student surveys in the areas of academics, student body, campus life, and career plans.

“This continued recognition validates the Pepperdine Graziadio difference: an innovative, values-centered, entrepreneurial culture that prepares students to become leaders in their careers and to have an immediate impact on their organization’s ability to compete in a global marketplace,” said David M. Smith, dean of the Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Hands-on learning, small class sizes, and easy access to faculty are what sell Pepperdine’s MBA program to students, who say Pepperdine Graziadio is “unlike any other business school.” As one student said, “Going to school with a view of the ocean from your classroom window and study breaks on the beach is a grad school experience you can’t get anywhere but Pepperdine.” Citing student reviews, the Princeton Review stated that “intellectually stimulating” faculty at Graziadio are easily accessible and each is “committed to becoming a lifelong resource and mentor” for students. As almost all professors work in the field, they “can give us real examples of how things can be used and applied” and are able to help with networking.

In addition to its list of top 294 business schools, The Princeton Review offers 11 ranking lists of the top 10 business schools in various categories based on student feedback. Pepperdine Graziadio was among less than 21% of schools to be recognized, being ranked number 7 on the “Most Competitive Students” list. This ranking reflects the hard work, collaborative effort, and continuous commitment displayed by Graziadio students. Through its Education to Business courses, emphasis on applied learning, and Socratic environment, Pepperdine Graziadio develops values-centered leaders by encouraging students to hone each other’s skills to grow continuously.
