Four Springs Capital Trust Announces Acquisition of BioLife Facilities

LAKE COMO, N.J.--()--Four Springs Capital Trust (“FSCT” or the “Company”) announced on October 3, 2016 that it acquired a portfolio of three single tenant medical buildings in American Fork, Utah; Riverton, Utah; and Longmont, Colorado for a total of $24.51 million. The buildings, which are each 16,694 sf, operate as plasma collection facilities for BioLife Plasma Services, an industry leader in the collection of high-quality plasma that is processed into life-saving plasma therapies.

FSCT’s portfolio now contains 48 properties which are leased to 23 tenants, located in 21 states.
