New Brother Assure Service Program by Brother Mobile Solutions Offers Extended Warranty Coverage and Technical Support

The Brother Assure Service Program offers purchasers of the company’s mobile and desktop printers several options for extending their product warranty coverage well beyond Brother’s standard one and two-year manufacturer’s warranty of service and technical support. Brother Assure Service programs deliver an extension of one to five years of Brother’s industry-leading service and support as well as an advanced product exchange option.

Overview of Brother Assure Service Options

At the time of their mobile printer purchase, Brother customers can choose from among four cost-effective Brother Assure Service options to fit their business needs and preferred periods of coverage. Options include: Select Service, Select PLUS Service, Premier Service and Premier PLUS Service, with a potential maximum coverage period of five years.

Upgrading to Brother Assure PLUS packages provide the ultimate coverage. This quick, overnight advance exchange program assures users will receive a replacement printer within 24 hours, with free inbound and outbound shipping. The PLUS program bridges the gap between the turn-around time of depot repair and the significantly higher cost of on-site service.
