IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Advantage Solutions (Advantage) announced today the appointment of Don Davis as President of its Waypoint foodservice division, effective October 1. Davis succeeds Kevin O’Beirne, who announced his retirement last month, and will report to Advantage President and Chief Commercial Officer Jeff Hansberry.

Davis comes to Advantage with over 33 years of industry experience at companies including Hillshire Brands, Sara Lee Corporation, ConAgra Foods, and Campbell Soup Company. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President of Foodservice Channel Sales at Tyson Foodservice, where he was responsible for the successful integration of two salesforces during the acquisition of Hillshire Brands by Tyson Foods.
