Allied World to Pay Quarterly Dividend

ZUG, Switzerland--()--Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, AG (NYSE:AWH) today announced that it has approved a quarterly dividend equal to $0.26 per share payable on September 29, 2016 to shareholders of record on September 20, 2016. The company's transfer agent will make dividend payments in United States dollars.

The amount of the payment in Swiss francs (CHF) will be based on the USD/CHF exchange rate as published by The Wall Street Journal on September 7, 2016. This is the second of four dividends equal to $0.26 per share that were approved by the company's shareholders at the Allied World 2016 Annual Shareholder Meeting held on April 19, 2016. The remaining two dividends are expected to be paid in December 2016 and March 2017.
