Industry Veteran Will Lead Client Services for Supply Chain Planning Technology Leader

Victor Chen was named Vice President of Client Services and will lead the delivery of supply chain planning technology implementations and ongoing advisory engagements.

The new hire comes at a time of strategic expansion as retailers and distributors are implementing Blue Ridge technology to transform their business performance. Ace Hardware International and Merchants Market Group join other new Blue Ridge clients who sought enhanced demand forecasting, planning and inventory optimization to combat the complexities and variability of today’s commerce.

Mr. Chen joins Blue Ridge with more than 16 years of experience as a leader and trusted advisor for the implementation and overall success of numerous enterprise supply chain projects. Prior to joining Blue Ridge, he served as Director at Barkawi Management Consultants where he led transformational Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) engagements. His background also includes extensive supply chain, supply chain planning, and logistics experience with management and consulting roles at Steelwedge, Univar, Booz Allen Hamilton and JDA.
