InfoGPS Adds Telecom, IT Industry Veteran Greg McCray to Board of Directors

- Leader and consultant brings more than 30 years of industry expertise -

CANTON, Ohio--()--InfoGPS Networks, Inc., a leading provider of cybersecurity and compliance management for the financial services, healthcare, managed services and government, announces the addition of Greg McCray to its Board of Directors.

McCray, who brings more than 30 years of expertise and leadership in the telecom and IT industries, currently sits on the Board of Directors of CenturyLink, Inc. (NYSE:CTL), the third largest network operator in America, where he is also chairman for the company’s Cyber Security and Risk Committee, as well as a member of its Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. In addition, McCray is a Technology and Business consultant for DeMatteo Monness, an independent primary research firm and full service broker-dealer serving the global institutional investment fund community.

McCray previously served as the CEO of Aero Communications Inc., CEO of ACAL Energy Ltd., CEO and Chairman of Antenova Ltd., and President and CEO of PipingHot Networks Ltd. Mr. McCray holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University, an M.S. degree in Systems Engineering from Purdue University, and Executive Business Programs at the University of Illinois, Harvard, and INSEAD.
