PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NIRI Silicon Valley, the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute, today announced its board of directors for the 2016 - 2017 term. The chapter also recognized three chapter members that were part of the inaugural class of Investor Relations Charter (IRC™) credential holders.

NIRI Silicon Valley is a professional association of ~200 investor relations officers, consultants, and providers serving organizations in the Bay Area. The Silicon Valley chapter of NIRI works to provide timely information, education, and networking opportunities through monthly lunch programs, social events such as the season kickoff event, holiday party and annual golf scramble, and through the award-winning, all-day Spring Seminar.

IRC Holders
Earlier this year, NIRI announced the inaugural class of IRC credential holders.
