The Embarcadero Academics Program is available to any publicly funded high school or university that achieves minimal qualifications. It comes with a standard classroom licensing package and optional licenses for student home use. The company is providing free beginners books for Delphi, as well as a variety of online materials or e-books for educational purposes. A similar package is available for C++ training using Embarcadero’s C++ Builder and RAD Studio products.
