LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Frontier Communications has appointed Randy Campbell as area general manager for the Beach Cities operating area, which encompasses the Southern California coastal region from Pacific Palisades to Laguna Beach and includes the cities and communities surrounding Santa Monica, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes, Long Beach and Huntington Beach.
An experienced telecommunications business leader, Campbell will be responsible for operations, community engagement and market growth, while overseeing delivery of broadband video and voice services to more than 500,000 households and businesses.
Campbell will be based in Long Beach and report to Michelle Wolloff, senior vice president and general manager for Frontier’s Southern California Westside territory.

Previously, Campbell was area manager for Verizon Communications, leading a team of 130 managers and technicians to successfully establish telecommunications infrastructure and services across the beach cities in Southern California. Before that, Campbell worked through a succession of increasingly responsible leadership roles improving business processes, training, revenue management, customer satisfaction and field operations. He began his career as a telecommunications field technician with GTE.
Throughout his career, Campbell has volunteered in leadership and at the grassroots level for community service organizations including the Boys and Girls Clubs, Boy Scouts and Habitat for Humanity. He serves on the advisory board of the United Cambodian Community. The Gadsden, Alabama native earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and resides in Signal Hill.
