Chemed Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend 8.3%

CINCINNATI--()--Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 26-cents per share on the Company’s capital stock, payable on September 2, 2016, to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2016. This is a 2-cent, or 8.3%, increase over the 24-cent dividend paid in June 2016. The previous dividend increase was in August 2015, when the Board raised the dividend from 22-cents to 24-cents per share. This represents the 181st consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Chemed in its 45 years as a public company.
