IFG Companies Announces the Addition of Brett M. Blumencranz as Senior Vice President, Head of Sales and Marketing

ALPHARETTA, Ga.--()--IFG Companies (www.ifgcompanies.com) is pleased to announce the addition of Brett M. Blumencranz as Senior Vice President, Head of Sales and Marketing. Brett comes to IFG with more than 20 years of experience in business development within the financial services industry, including the development and execution of effective sales and growth strategies in insurance. Brett will be based in IFG's Alpharetta, Georgia office and will report to Christopher M. Lewis, IFG Companies' Group President.

Brett joins IFG Companies from Wells Fargo Insurance, where he held numerous leadership roles in sales and business development. Brett began his career in insurance at BWD Group in New York where he spent six years as an insurance producer. He then returned to his hometown of Tampa, Florida where he worked in investment and financial planning roles with Prudential Financial and ProVise before joining Wells Fargo in 2005. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College and various licenses in the insurance and financial services industries.
