SALT LAKE CITY--()--Qualtrics, provider of the world’s leading insight platform, today announced that it is offering a terms of service agreement with the federal government that opens the door for all federal agencies to use the Qualtrics platform under federal-compatible terms. With its inclusion on the list of cloud service providers listed on DigitalGov.gov, Qualtrics’ industry-leading software is now available for use by federal agencies generally without the need to enter into special arrangements with Qualtrics.

“We’re excited to make it even easier for federal agencies and departments to access our robust customer experience and research capabilities,” said Ryan Smith, co-founder and CEO of Qualtrics. “Many federal agencies already use Qualtrics, including the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services where Qualtrics powers the feedback for healthcare.gov. This agreement, however, will make it easier and more efficient for additional federal organizations to access the power of Qualtrics.”

The arrangement reached with the General Services Administration (GSA) demonstrates Qualtrics’ commitment to serving the government sector. Government organizations now have expedited access to customer, market and employee-focused insight collection and analysis within the same platform.

Qualtrics continues to be committed to the security and privacy of all its users and provides industry-leading security protection for all customers using its service.
