SIOUX FALLS, S.D.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ReliaMax®, the leading financial technology-based and complete private student lending solutions provider, is excited to award Isaac Bindert of Lincoln High School in Sioux Falls the Inaugural Mark Bielen Scholarship in partnership with the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation. The scholarship is awarded to a South Dakota resident student who has shown a commitment to community service and has excelled in the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Mark Bielen was Executive Director of Research and Development for ReliaMax and passed away on October 8, 2015. This scholarship, established in conjunction with Cathy Bielen, Mark’s wife and widow, will continue his legacy as a serial entrepreneur and artist who was as committed to the community he lived in as he was to helping students achieve their dreams.

Bindert will be attending Washington University in St. Louis in the fall and plans to major in chemistry.
