(formerly known as Nant Health, LLC), a next-generation, evidence-based, personalized healthcare company, announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share (which reflects a 1-for-5.5 reverse stock split of NantHealth’s common stock effected in connection with the conversion of the company from a limited liability company to a corporation). In addition, NantHealth has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of its common stock, at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
