AAMSI Appoints Dennis Zalupski as President and CEO

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--()--Associated Aircraft Manufacturing and Sales, Inc. (AAMSI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dennis Zalupski to the position of President and CEO. Concurrently, Mr. Zalupski will also join the Board of Directors of AAMSI.

Mr. Zalupski most recently served as Senior Vice President & General Manager - Materials Group for AerSale, Inc. In this position he was responsible for expanding AerSale’s global reach in both the airframe and engine parts sales markets.

Prior to AerSale, he served as the President & CEO of Kellstrom Industries. Mr. Zalupski first joined Kellstrom in June 2001 as Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing and later was appointed President, Kellstrom Commercial Aerospace. In 2005, he was appointed President, Kellstrom Industries where he led the companies three operating divisions focused on the global aviation business serving the Defense, Commercial and Repair markets. In April 2006, Mr. Zalupski assumed the Chief Executive position and was elected to Kellstrom’s Board of Managers.

Mr. Zalupski started his career with Whirlpool Corporation (USA) where he spent 10 years in various sales and distribution positions before joining GE in 1989. After ten years in various domestic and International positions with GE, he was appointed General Manager-Sales for GE Engine Services, where he was responsible for leading the global Engine Overhaul and Repair Services sales team.

Mr. Zalupski earned his Bachelor’s degree in Resource Development in 1977 and an MBA degree in Marketing in 1979 from Michigan State University.
