Caverion Delivers Total Technical Solutions for Two Private Hospitals in Kuopio and Oulu, Finland

HELSINKI--()--Caverion (HEX:CAV1V) provides Total Technical Solutions covering all building systems for the use of two private hospital properties operated by Pohjola Health in Kuopio and Oulu in Finland. The contracts have a combined value of almost EUR 10 million.

The clients are is Koy Kuopion Isabella in Kuopio and the construction company Lapti Oy in Oulu. The approximately 6,600 square metre property in Kuopio will comprise a hospital and office premises to be used by Pohjola Health. In Oulu, the majority of the approximately 7,000 square metre property will be used by Pohjola Health. The properties are being developed by OP and they are owned by Real Estate Fund Finland III Ky.

The contracts include Design & Engineering, Project Management and Project Execution for Total Technical Solutions. Caverion is responsible of the following disciplines: Heating and Sanitation, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Cooling, Electricity, Information and Communication, Security and Safety, as well as Automation. The properties will be ready in the spring and summer of 2017.
