Twilio Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

SAN FRANCISCO--()--Twilio Inc., a leading cloud communications platform company, today announced it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not been determined. Twilio intends to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "TWLO." Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Allen & Company LLC, Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., JMP Securities LLC, William Blair & Company, L.L.C., and Canaccord Genuity Inc. will act as co-managers.
