The additional time will allow the Company, its Board of Directors and Audit Committee, and auditors to finalize the Company's Fiscal 2016 fourth quarter and full-year financial statements.
Orion anticipates releasing its fiscal 2016 fourth quarter and full-year results and holding its conference call for analysts and investors in early June 2016.
