panel discussion during the “IoT and M2M Standards Landscape” session at
an Inter-American
Telecommunication Commission (CITEL) committee meeting yesterday,

Lear explored industry efforts to enhance interoperability and information exchange between Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) applications. This includes the emerging oneM2M standard, developed under the direction of a consortium of eight global standards bodies, which enables seamless IoT/M2M interconnection and interoperability across vertical industries.
