ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ridgewood, N.J.-based Valley Emergency Room Associates (VERA) has chosen McKesson Business Performance Services (McKesson) for assistance in strengthening the group’s cash flow, analytics reporting and regulatory compliance.
McKesson will deliver a full complement of revenue cycle management services to the organization, including coding and compliance, billing, accounts receivable management, and physician documentation education. A proprietary McKesson application will help confirm that all patient charts are appropriately documented and accounted for. McKesson will also deliver a wide range of customized business intelligence analytics reporting.
VERA is a 30-physician independent group founded in 1986. The practice provides emergency medicine services for Valley Hospital in Ridgewood and handles about 75,000 emergency room visits annually.
