BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Social Solutions Global, the leading provider of outcomes and performance management software for human services, has named Benny Melumad Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Benny has an extensive background in technology and information systems, and brings more than 25 years of experience to Social Solutions.
Appointed CTO after serving five months as interim CTO, Benny leads the Product Development division, which includes the Development, Quality Assurance, and Engineering Services teams. With a passion for excellence, Benny specializes in building high-performing teams, establishing effective processes to improve delivery efficiency and product quality, and strengthening Product Development divisions at technology companies.

Just prior to joining Social Solutions, Benny served as a Program Director for Product Development at Vista Consulting Group, the consulting arm of Vista Equity Partners. In this role, Benny advised technology leaders on topics ranging from team development and technology strategy to product stability and performance.
Previously Benny was the CTO at MicroEdge for more than 10 years and prior to MicroEdge, Benny held an executive leadership role at Becton, Dickinson and Company, a Fortune 500 global medical technology corporation. He was involved in monitoring and the management of crisis situations related to epidemics and bioterrorism. Benny holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science and an MBA in Finance and Computer Science.
