Bask Expands Leadership Bench with New CFO and SVP of Sales

Tech Firm Continues Tremendous Growth with Strategic Senior Hire and Promotion

LEHI, Utah--()--Bask Technology Inc., one of the nation’s leading providers of managed tech services for seniors and small businesses, today announced two strategic leadership appointments. Phil Fraher has been hired as Chief Financial Officer, and Zane Bennett has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales & Services.

Fraher brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience within technology companies, including venture capital, M&A, and international business expansion. Before joining Bask, he served as CEO, COO and CFO for Houston-based FuelQuest, President and CEO of Visual Numerics, Inc., COO and CFO of Brightmail, Inc. and held other financial management positions at Cahners Business Information Electronic Media Division, Pilot Software, and Dun & Bradstreet. In addition, Fraher has been a key advisor to several emerging startup organizations and previously served as an Executive in Residence at the Houston Technology Center. He holds an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and a BS in computer engineering from Auburn University.

As a part of Bask’s focus on strengthening its senior leadership, the company announced that it has promoted Zane Bennett to Senior Vice President of Sales & Services. In this new role, Bennett will set the strategic direction for Bask’s rapidly growing services business. He will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing all aspects of the sales & services organization, including an outsourcing strategy and overall profitability.

Before joining the company, Bennett served as the Senior Director of Solution Services for Dealertrack Technologies, where he developed and executed strategy and vision for all servicing teams, including the support center, professional services, proactive field support, implementation, and data services. He received his BS in Information Systems and his MBA from Brigham Young University.

“I’ve had a close-up view of Bask’s vision and execution while serving as Vice President of Services, and I am excited to take on a larger role at the company,” said Bennett. “Bask is offering an incredible service to seniors, and I’m thrilled to continue growing the business on both the sales and services fronts.”
