CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) announces the acquisition of The Eventful Group’s North American assets to deepen its commitment to the SAP community and provide the greatest number of opportunities for collaboration year round.

According to Scott, the new relationship will allow ASUG to strengthen markets and ensure efforts are concentrated year round in content and events. ASUG and Eventful offer many of the most popular and most effective large gatherings within the SAP community.
“Our collaboration with The Eventful Group has been wildly successful, and this agreement is the next step that allows ASUG to better tailor programs and events for the SAP community as we share, interact and collaborate across the SAP ecosystem,” said Scott.
Combining those learning opportunities with industry-specific gatherings and other tailored offerings for the SAP community will allow a constant environment for collaboration and experience exchange throughout the year.

The acquisition applies to Eventful’s U.S. operations. No personnel changes are expected, and all contacts with ASUG and Eventful remain the same for the SAP community.
