SiriusDecisions Announces Expansion Into Latin American Markets

SiriusDecisions to Further Extend Globally, to Provide its Expert B-to-B Research and Advisory to the Fast-Growing Region

WILTON, Conn.--()--SiriusDecisions, the leading global business-to-business (b-to-b) research and advisory firm, today announced that it has opened its first office in Latin America. Located in Mexico City, Mexico, the new bureau will serve the rapidly growing demand for unique expert guidance in the sales, marketing and product functions within Latin America.

In conjunction with its new regional presence, SiriusDecisions also announced the appointment of Paulo Kalapis as Mexico Country Manager. In this role, he will oversee SiriusDecisions’ operations in Latin America.

Kalapis has more than 15 years of experience leading and expanding technology companies within Latin American markets. Previously, he served as the vice president of marketing for SAP Mexico and Latin America, where he led its demand generation, go-to-market, branding, customer experience and innovation strategies in the region. Prior to that, he led Latin American marketing and sales activities for Google, Oracle, Sun and OpenText.
