NORTH MANKATO, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Taylor Corporation, a Minnesota based company and one of the largest privately held companies in the United States, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Staples Print Solutions, a division of Staples, Inc. The assets will be acquired by Taylor Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Taylor Corporation. The parties expect to complete the transaction within the coming months.
