Krishnaswami, based in Tokyo, Japan, will be responsible for expanding Panasas’ presence across the region, focusing on growth in media and entertainment (M&E) as well as life science, research and education markets.

Krishnaswami has more than 20 years of experience in driving business growth and leading sales in APJ, with a specialty in engineering advanced workflows for content creators, broadcasters, and HPC users. Prior to joining Panasas, he served as a senior solutions architect at Quantum Corporation, where he managed large media and entertainment accounts. Krishnaswami also held the position of cloud, content and media sales engineer at DataDirect Networks, where he architected installs at international M&E content sites and for a wide array of HPC and cloud customers.
