MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ABILITY® Network, a leading healthcare information technology company, announced today that it has acquired eHealth Data Solutions (eHDS) LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
eHealth Data Solutions is a national software company offering tools that increase quality, reduce risk and create higher value and cost-effective resident-centered care using evidence-based decisions for long-term/post-acute care providers. In addition, eHDS offers solutions to enable the exchange of clinical data. ABILITY helps providers across the care continuum simplify complexity through innovative applications and data analytics, including revenue cycle management software, connections to payers and clinical intelligence.
