SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Giant Creative/Strategy, LLC, the largest full-service independent healthcare communications agency on the West Coast, named Principal, Chief Strategy Officer, Adam Gelling, as President today. Gelling now will lead the Account Services, Strategy, Client Partnerships, and Project Management groups for Giant’s San Francisco and Philadelphia locations.

Gelling has held many roles since starting at Giant in 2006, including as an Account Group lead, as well as head of Client Services and Business Development. Prior to Giant, Gelling was a management supervisor at the former Kane & Finkel Healthcare Communications.
