RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Armor, the leader in active cyber defense, today announced that Diana Massaro has joined the organization as chief marketing officer. Reporting to Armor President Jared Day, Massaro will drive the marketing strategy and communications to build brand awareness and drive market share.
Massaro, who brings more than 20 years of software marketing and product management experience to her current role, most recently served as vice president of marketing and product management for information software management provider Gimmal.
Prior to her time at Gimmal, Massaro led Prodagio, a SaaS-based contract management and AP automation software company, as the company’s chief executive officer. As CEO, Massaro drove the development of Prodagio’s corporate and product strategy, in addition to stabilizing its customer base, and leading the company through its 2015 acquisition by Gimmal.
Preceding Massaro’s time at Prodagio, she gained marketing and product management experience as vice president for software solution producers, including Idera Software, Datacert (acquired by Wolters Kluwer), PROS and Bindview (acquired by Symantec).
Massaro began her career as a product marketer for former PC company Compaq, where she launched commercial desktops and aided in the company’s entrance into the entry-level PC market.
Massaro earned her M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University, and her B.A. in International Business Administration from The American University of Paris.
