The Ground Breaking Documentary “Changing Boundaries: The History of San Jose” Is Now Available Online

SAN JOSE, Calif.--()--Norman Kline Productions, in partnership with CreaTV San Jose and History San Jose, today announced the online availability of the movie “Changing Boundaries: The History of San Jose.”

“It has always been our intent to make Changing Boundaries as widely available as possible, including for use in classrooms,” said Executive Producer, Norman Kline. “This movie would not have been possible without the funding of major sponsors from the community and the work of two great non-profits, CreaTV San Jose and History San Jose."

The movie can be viewed and downloaded for free on the CreaTV San Jose website at http://www.creatvsj.org/watch/changing-boundaries/. All copyrights remain intact and the movie cannot be used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Norman Kline Productions, Inc.

Directed and produced by Tricia Creason-Valencia, and written by Dennis Willis and Norman Kline, the documentary covers 200 years of the history of one of the most important cities in California; from the establishment of the first Spanish town, to the first state capital, to the center of the Valley of Hearts delight and into the modern era of being the urban Capital of Silicon Valley.

“My goal in directing Changing Boundaries was to highlight the stories of the working people and political leaders who built this diverse city,” said Director, Tricia Creason-Valencia. “I hope that use in the classroom and community-based screenings will spark dialogue, not only about our shared history, but also about our future growth as a multicultural community.”
