With the acquisitions, Waterleau Group brings a 35-plus year legacy and track record of successful global wastewater and water engagements with some of the world’s largest food and beverage brands to the North American market. The newly created organization Waterleau USA is based in Victor, NY, and its operations provide customers access to a comprehensive portfolio of technologies and a single-source for customized anaerobic, aerobic and membrane wastewater solutions for the food and beverage industry.

Ecovation, now Waterleau USA, is a key-player in water and wastewater treatment offering design-build solutions to North American customers in various industries. Krofta founded by Dr. Krofta in 1953 and based in Dalton MA, designs and supplies Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) clarifiers for wastewater treatment and liquid-solid separation. Krofta is a world leader in DAF technology with more than 3,500 installations running successfully over the world. The integration with Waterleau USA has already taken hold with several orders from leading global U.S.-based food and beverage brands currently in process. Waterleau USA experts will continue to support the customers of the Ecolab organization.
